Swap Your Pump

There’s No Hidden Agenda. ‘Swap Your Pump’ Trial Program Allows You to Try Our Pump for Free

In a world where you feel like someone is always trying to sell you something, it’s hard to believe that a company would offer to send you its product on a trial basis free of charge. At PVP we do just that. We want you to try it before you buy it. It’s not just a sales gimmick; over 20 years of running this trial program is proof of our commitment to our customers’ success, not just pump sales.

We understand that different materials and different processes require different things from a pump. We also understand that our customers are the best judge when it comes to their specific process and the equipment they use to get that process running smoothly. That’s why we offer potential customers who are having pump issues and need assurance that our pump will work for their specific application and process, the ability to try one of our Double Disc Pumps for free in our Swap Your Pump program.

Put Over 40 Years of Experience to Work for You

With over 40 years of application experience, plus hundreds of conversations with customers, we’ve learned a thing or two about pump requirements. Through the years we have gained an extensive knowledge base of relevant applications for our pumps, including what isn’t a good fit for Double Disc Pumps. That knowledge and data is what backs up our confidence in our pump’s ability to reduce your overall maintenance and labor costs.

You Provide the Application, We Provide the Pump; It’s That Simple

Getting this collaborative process started is easy. A Penn Valley Pump application engineer or manufacturer representative will visit your facility to gather information about your specific application to ensure that we understand exactly what it is that you want and need, while assessing your expectations. Then we provide you with a quote for the pump and accessories related to your application. Once we receive an informal signed trial agreement from you, we release the requirements and specs for the pump to our production team to get started on the build.

Upon completion of the pump, it is shipped to the installation location. Once installed, a Penn Valley Pump manufacturer’s representative or service technician will visit the location to perform start-up, as well as operator training.

Try It Before You Buy It

Depending on the requirements of your specific application, the pump trial runs anywhere from 30 to 90 days to see if it works well for your application needs. Once the trial is over, or performs successfully enough during the trial, you can proceed with purchasing the pump. It’s that simple.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the pump, or the unit does not perform to your satisfaction, it can be returned to PVP free of charge. No money is due to PVP. Not for the pump, and not for the shipping.

Our goal is to help solve your pumping needs. With over a 99% success rate with these trials, we are confident that you will feel confident about our pumps, too.
